Wir kommen raus aus der Sommerpause.
Wir haben den September genutzt, unsere Kräfte für den Herbst und Winter zu sammeln. Dafür haben wir uns eine Pause von den wöchentlichen Sitzungen [1] genommen. Das bedeutet natürlich nicht, dass wir uns nicht getroffen haben oder keine Aktivitäten stattfanden.
Jede Woche Donnerstag haben wir uns zum Kommunikationsabend [2] getroffen und kamen bei einem Getränk ins Gespräch und konnten so die letzten warmen Abende des Jahres nutzen. Außerdem fand am 16. und 17. des Monats unser drittes Popup-KuRSiF [3] statt. Diesmal kamen wir auf dem Parkplatz der Verbrauchergemeinschaft mit euch ins Gespräch.
Des Weiteren haben wir erste Öffnungszeiten für unseren Foodsharing-Fairteiler angeboten und es haben bereits einige Menschen gerettete Lebensmittel bei uns abgeholt. Auch in Zukunft planen wir, diese Öffnungszeiten anzubieten, wenn es bei uns etwas abzuholen gibt. Derzeit sind wir noch auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Weg, diese Information kurzfristig zu euch zu bringen. Grundsätzlich gilt aber: wenn wir da sind, z.B. während unseres Plenums oder einer anderen öffentlichen Veranstaltung, könnt ihr auf uns zukommen und etwas abholen (insofern wir gerade etwas reinbekommen haben).
Am 28. fand am Ende des Monats noch eine kleine Kooperation in Form eines Vortrags [4] mit dem Umundu-Festival [5] statt, sodass das KuRSiF ebenfalls als Austragungsort der Veranstaltung fungierte.
Für den Oktober wollen wir gerne mit neuer Kraft starten und möglichst viele Angebote schaffen. Außerdem wollen wir nochmal alle Energie darin investieren, neue Menschen und Fördermitglieder ins Boot zu holen, um für das kommende Jahr bestens vorbereitet zu sein. Falls du also schon länger mit dem Gedanken spielst, bei uns mitzumachen oder selbst schon eine Idee hast, die du gerne umsetzen möchtest, komm auf uns zu und bring dich ein.
Bereits in der Vorbereitung sind bei uns das wahrscheinlich letzte Popup-KuRSiF des Jahres. Diesmal soll dieses beim Otto-Dix-Center stattfinden. Außerdem planen wir unseren zweiten Kinderkleidertausch (geplant ist der 30.10.). Haltet also eure Augen nach Terminankündigungen und Veranstaltungshinweisen offen.
We are coming out of the summer break.
We used September to gather our strength for the fall and winter. To do this, we took a break from weekly meetings [1]. Of course, this does not mean that we did not meet or that there were no activities.
We met weekly on Thursdays for the communication evening [2] and got to talk over a drink and were able to take advantage of the last warm evenings of the year. We also held our third pop-up KuRSiF [3] on the 16th and 17th of the month. This time we came to talk to you in the parking lot of the consumer community (Verbrauchergemeinschaft).
Furthermore, we offered first opening hours for our foodsharing fair divider (Foodsharing-Fairteiler) and already some people picked up rescued food from us. We also plan to offer these opening hours in the future when there is something to pick up from us. Currently we are still looking for a suitable way to bring this information to you on short notice. But basically: if we are there, e.g. during our plenum or another public event, you can come to us and pick up something (if we just got something in).
On the 28th, at the end of the month, there was a small cooperation in the form of a lecture [4] with the Umundu Festival [5], so that the KuRSiF also acted as a venue for the event.
For October, we would like to start with new strength and create as many offers as possible. We also want to invest all our energy once again in getting new people and supporting members on board so that we are best prepared for the coming year. We are already preparing the probably last Popup-KuRSiF of the year. This time this is to take place at the Otto-Dix-Center. We are also planning our second children’s clothing swap [6] (scheduled for 10/30). So keep your eyes open for date announcements and event notices.
